The developers of The Mandarin Oriental Honolulu hotel and condominium project near the Hawaii Convention Center plan to launch sales of the project’s 99 luxury residences next month with prices starting at $3.5 million, by marketing to current Mandarin Oriental clients before the start of construction this spring.

The developers of the Mandarin Oriental Honolulu have hired a former construction executive with The Howard Hughes Corp. in Honolulu to oversee construction of the $1 billion hotel and condominium tower across from the Hawaii Convention Center, which is set to start by early next year.
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences, Honolulu is helping shape the city skyline, complete with a 36-story tower offering 99 exclusive, luxury condos on the upper floors (starting at level 19).

The developer of the Mandarin Oriental Honolulu project near the Hawaii Convention Center is getting ready to break ground on the $1 billion project, which will add 125 new hotel rooms close to Waikiki, possibly by the end of this year.
According to the Global Liveability Index 2018, an annual report by the Economist Intelligence Unit that was released on August 14, Honolulu is the most livable city in the United States based on its health care, education, culture and environment, stability, and infrastructure.
This fall, construction of the Residences At Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu, a new luxury residential development, will break ground at Waikiki Beach.
On the heels of being named the most livable city in 2018, Honolulu has a new development soon to grace its evolving skyline.
Mana‘olana Partners LLC (“Developer”) is the developer of the Mana‘olana Place project (“Project”), which is a proposed project that does not yet exist, and the sole offeror of the Residential Units in the Project. Said units are being offered as “The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu” (“Residences”) in connection with the development of the proposed Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu hotel. Although Developer has obtained the rights to use the “Mandarin Oriental” name and trademark in connection with the sales and marketing of the Project, including, without limitation, the Residences, such rights are not guaranteed, may be terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the license agreements therefor, and are not included as part of the sales of the Residences. Neither Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group nor any of its affiliates, nor their officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, “MOHG”), are in any way developers, owners, offerors, promoters, issuers, or underwriters, or responsible or liable for the development, construction, or sale, of the Residences.
