An exciting new project has been revealed to be coming to the still-unopened Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu, and is sure to excite those browsing for penthouse apartments.
The new penthouse, called Hale Lani, will hit the market upon completion in 2025 at a whopping $20M. The residence will cover the 37th and 38th floors of the tower, and feature picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean, mountain ranges, the famous Diamond Head, and the golden sunset horizon. The four bedrooms will include walk-in closets and wet baths. Hale Lani also includes spacious living areas, outdoor lanais, a fully stocked kitchen, and four and a half bathrooms.
Outside of the penthouse, you will have access to the 418-ft tower’s amenities, like their private pool and jacuzzi, private theater, gym, golf simulator, videogame room, and 20,000 sq. ft. spa.
