Mandarin Oriental is eyeing a new American city for their newest project. Honolulu will now join New York, Boston, Dallas, Beverly Hills, and Boca Raton as cities that house a Mandarin Oriental property. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu will tower over the city with 99 private residences.
Luxury ventures have seen a surge in the past decade, with more consumers allowing themselves to indulge in more lavish spending when it comes to dining, travel, living, and entertainment. As the need for fulfillment continues to grow, the trends have moved from simple luxury goods to more permanent luxury living experiences. This trend is what Mandarin Oriental aims to grasp.
The Residence Gallery opened to the public back in March and is available to view only by appointment.
