As the completion date nears, you could become the owner of the brand-new penthouse at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu, available at a price of $20M.
Named Hale Lani, the penthouse will sit on top of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, above floor 38. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence takes up two whole floors, with over 5,300 sq ft of living space, and 430 sq ft of outdoor lanai space.
The Hale Lani is still being constructed and is slated to enter the market in 2025.
