As the demand for luxury apartments in Hawaii continues to climb, a much-asked-about $25M penthouse is soon to be released onto the market, prompting those interested to keep an eye out.
The penthouse, which sits atop the stunning Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu tower, brags itself as the largest residence, with 6,000 sq ft of space and picturesque views of the coastal horizon, Pacific Ocean, and Diamond Head volcano. Harold X. Clarke, owner of the marketing firm that handles the tower, called the penthouse, “the crown jewel of the tower…”.
The penthouse features four suite-sized bedrooms with accompanying lanais, offering 494 sq ft of outdoor rec space. In addition to the rooms, the penthouse features an exercise room, home theater, and office space.
Residents of the tower are also eligible for servicing by staff, with access to lounges, fitness facilities, a private movie theater, housekeeping, and a breathtaking 20,000 sq ft spa.
